Architectural Studio NZ are specialists in Architectural Design with over 20 years experience in creating Residential and Commercial projects big or small.Our services provide the latest in CAD design software including 3D modelling, legislation, materials and sustainability. We are Design 2 licensed building practitioners under the Department of Building and Housing Licensed Building Practitioners Scheme and are able to carry out restricted building work on complex Residential and Commercial buildings.Starting with a client brief we prepare preliminary design, analysis and costings to detailed drawings and documentation through to project management. You will find the process of translating your ideas to us enjoyable and exciting. Our approach is flexible and we will transform your dreams into reality. We have been involved in some stunning, award winning residential and commercial projects and above all we have created projects for many happy clients.Our office is based in Waitakere City, Auckland. We have been involved in projects outside the Auckland Area from Kaitaia to Christchurch and as far as the Pacific Islands. We are available to meet outside standard working hours including weekends for your convenience.
